How do I get to Disneyland® Paris?

Travelling to Disneyland® Paris is easy, whether you are coming by car, flight, train or public transport.

Is there a train station close to Disneyland® Paris?

The Marne-la-Vallée/Chessy train station is located right at the gates of the Disney® Parks and just minutes away from the Disney® Hotels. It takes 35 minutes from Paris by regional train RER or 2 1/2 hours by Eurostar from St Pancras International.

Is there a direct Eurostar service to Disneyland® Paris?

Currently, there is no direct service to Disneyland® Paris. 

How can I get from a Paris airport to Disneyland® Paris?

There are a number of ways to get to Disneyland® Paris from the Roissy/Charles-de-Gaulle or Orly airport:

* By Disney shared shuttle service: The shuttle bus brings you directly to Disneyland® Paris from the Roissy/Charles-de-Gaulle or Orly airport, 7 days a week.

* By Private Taxi Transfer: A private taxi transfer is available to book through MagicBreaks.

* By Train (RER): The RER will take you from Charles de Gaulle airport to Disneyland® Paris Marne la Vallee station.

Is Disneyland® Paris accessible by public transport?

Yes. From Paris, the quickest and easiest way to get to the heart of Disneyland® Paris is to take the RER A train from Nation Station (around 35 minutes) to Marne La Vallee/ Chessy station, at the gates of Disneyland® Paris.

Where can I park at the Resort?

You may park in the Guest parking outside the Parks. A flat rate per day applies. If you are staying at a Disney® Hotel in the Heart of the Magic or at most of our partner hotels Near the Magic, you may park your vehicle for free in the hotel car park. We encourage you to use the free shuttle service to get around.

Is the parking fee included in the entrance ticket price?

No, a fee applies to the car park (flat rate per day). Guests staying at a Disney® Hotel and associated hotels (excluding Adagio City Apart'hotel Val d'Europe) benefit from free parking in their hotel parking lot.

Are there reserved parking spaces for Guests with disabilities?

A limited number of spaces are reserved for Guests with reduced mobility in the Guest parking. Please enquire upon entering the Guest car park. A European parking card must be presented when you pass the toll to park in this area. If you are a Guest with limited mobility and are staying at one of the Resort hotels, we encourage you to leave your vehicle in the hotel car park and use the Resort shuttle service to get around. Adapted minibuses are also available for Guests in wheelchairs.

May I park my camper in the Guest parking?

Campers are allowed in the Disney car park. A flat rate per day applies.

Are there any electric car charging points at Disneyland® Paris? 

Guest parking at the Disney® Parks has electric charging facilities: 2 T2 plugs (7kWh) and two normal plugs (3kWh) are currently available. Please note facilities at Guest Parking have limited availability.

There are also electric vehicle charging facilities at some of the Disney® Hotels:

* Disney Hotel New York - The Art of Marvel: 3 stations of 11kWh and 6 stations of 7kWh are currently available

* Disney Newport Bay Club: 9 stations will enter into service soon, and 1 station of 22kWh, 3 stations of 11kWh and 8 stations of 7kWh are currently available

* Disney Sequoia Lodge: 4 stations of 11kWh and 7 stations of 7kWh are currently available

* Disney Hotel Cheyenne: 4 stations of 11kWh and 8 stations of 7kWh are currently available

* Disney Hotel Santa Fe: does not currently have any electric vehicle charging facilities, but guests are able to charge their vehicle at one of the other Disney® Hotels. Please ask the concierge at the hotel as to the availability of charging facilities at the other Disney® Hotels.

Charging is currently free of charge!

What is the best way to get around at Disneyland® Paris?

Exploring all of Disneyland® Paris is fun, easy and convenient. The free Disneyland® Paris shuttle service travels between all Disney® Hotels* and Disney® Parks. For Guests staying near the magic in hotels close to the RER Line A, the fastest way to get to the Disney Theme Parks is by public transport. You can purchase a "Paris Visite" 5 - zone card, which gives you 1, 2 or 3 consecutive days of unlimited use of the RATP Paris/ Ile de France public transport system.

*Except Disney Davy Crockett Ranch and Les Villages Nature Paris.

How do I get to the Disney® Parks from my hotel?

Getting from your hotel to the Disney® Parks is easy. Take the free Disneyland® Paris shuttle service. The shuttles leave every 12 minutes, so you'll never wait long. They run 7 days a week between 6.30 am and 11.00 pm. You can jump off at any Disneyland® Paris hotel or opposite the Marne La Vallee/ Chessy station at the entrance to Disney Village®. Guests with special needs can travel to the magic on one of our specially adapted shuttle buses.

Please note: The shuttles do not go to Disney Davy Crockett Ranch, Les Villages Nature Paris or Golf Disneyland®.

What is an International Driving Permit or Green Card?

An international Driving Permit is a permit that allows you to drive in countries where a UK license alone is not sufficient, these can applied for at your local Post Office. Outside of the EU, a ‘green card’ proves that your insurance covers the minimum cover in the country you’re driving in. Ask your insurance company if they can issue you one, these can take up to 10 days to arrive.

When will I receive my documentation?

All necessary travel documentation, including; Eurostar, Flights, LeShuttle & Ferry tickets, will be issued via email up to 7-10 days prior to departure. Please be sure to check your junk/ spam folders for this too.

How can I book my plane seats?

Once our team has confirmed your flight reference, you will be able to select your seats directly with the airline you are flying with.
