Wheelchairs Users

At most attractions, the story telling begins in the queue. All attraction queues are accessible to guests using manual wheelchairs (with the exception of Pteranodon Flyers™ in Universal's Islands of Adventure™—see an Attractions Attendant for assistance). You will also find specific boarding requirements and accommodations for those using wheelchairs. You may transfer yourself to the ride vehicle seat if capable to do so.

None of the ride vehicles or attraction queues at Universal Orlando™ can accommodate Electric Convenience Vehicles (ECVs) or motorized wheelchairs, except from the Hogwarts™ Express. At the attractions that can accommodate manual wheelchairs, you may transfer from your ECV or motorized wheelchair into a manual wheelchair provided at each location. Please see an Attractions Attendant for assistance.

Also accessible for wheelchair users is Universal Orlando Resort's shopping and dining venues. Stage shows and parades have reserved “Accessible Viewing” areas marked with the International Symbol of Accessibility. An attendant will be able to assist you.

All Universal Orlando™ hotels comply with accessibility requirements to ensure specially equipped guest rooms are available to ensure a comfortable stay. All accessible guest room entrances also include room numbers in Braille.

Closets with rods at 48" high
