I have a disability. Which attractions are suitable for me?
Disneyland® Paris has attractions suitable for all Guests. Many are wheelchair accessible while others require a transfer. Some have induction loops for guests with hearing impairments. I have a disability. Which hotels can I stay in?
All Disney® Hotels offer wheelchair adapted rooms, these are generally located on the ground floor, have wider doorways and walk in showers. There is no premium for these room types, Disney's special offers apply where available. For more information on the specific facilities each hotel provides please call us on 0330 880 5066.
I have a disability. Can I get special access to attractions and shows?
Guests with disabilities are encouraged to enjoy the magic, emotions and adventure in the same conditions as all our visitors. The majority of attractions have been adapted to suit your needs. In other instances, special access procedures have been introduced for guests with disabilities.
Are there reserved parking spaces for guests with disabilities?
A limited number of spaces are reserved for guests with reduced mobility in the Guest Parking. Please enquire upon entering the Guest Car Park. If you are a guest with limited mobility and are staying at one of the Disney® Hotels, we encourage you to leave your vehicle in the hotel car park and use the shuttle service to get around. Adapted minibuses are also available for Guests in wheelchairs.
